What I believe

The doctrine behind Creytix and AlignAlgo.

  1. Business systems should be understandable, ownable, and improvable by the people who depend on them.
  2. AI should assist implementation, never own the decision. AI-assisted, not AI-driven.
  3. Deterministic software beats black boxes: structured data, rules, workflows, conventional code, transparent logic.
  4. Workflows are contracts — write them down before you automate them.
  5. Fragmented tools trap companies; integrated operating systems free them.
  6. Software should reflect the real workflow, not the other way around.
  7. Algorithms that shape outcomes must be understandable and governable. If you can't inspect the rule, you don't own the result.
  8. Small teams with clear systems outperform large teams with fog.
  9. Proof over adjectives: show the system working, not the pitch deck.
  10. Own your algorithm — or someone else's will own you.

These beliefs are built into Creytix and governed by AlignAlgo. See them applied in the work.
